GoTeam is recruitment software built by MotiveX Intelligence. What sets it apart is not that it uses AI, but what it never asks the AI.
How we decide
In most recruitment software the evaluation comes down to a single question: hand the CV to a model and ask for a score. We do not do that. The model never produces a number; for every checklist item it only answers "is this proven in the CV", with yes, no or unclear, and it leaves a word for word quote from the document as the reason. Adding the items up with their weights is the code's job.
That choice has a price: the system takes longer to set up, it forces criteria to be written in measurable terms, and when it cannot answer an item it leaves it unclear instead of marking it "no". The payoff is just as clear: you can show, after the fact, why a candidate received that score.
What we deliberately leave out
The system never rejects a candidate on its own. The AI produces a recommendation, a person changes the status.
We do not learn from past hiring outcomes. Who was invited or hired never enters the scoring; otherwise yesterday preferences would quietly become tomorrow criteria.
An item with no evidence is not counted as half a point, it leaves the denominator. Missing evidence is not the candidate shortcoming.
We publish no customer logos, references or testimonials. When we have something verified to publish, it will be right here.
