The whole hiring process in a single panel
From the career page an application arrives on to the document file of the person you hire, every step lives in the same system. Open the page of the capability you care about; how it works and where it stops is written there.
GoTeam is an applicant tracking system (ATS) with an AI evaluation layer on top of it. Candidates apply through your white label career page, their CV is read and scored against the position's own criteria. Under the score you can see which piece of evidence answers which criterion, so you get the ranking together with its reasoning.
The process does not end where the evaluation does. Interviews are scheduled in the same panel, document requests are opened, and the candidate you hire moves into the onboarding flow. Personal data is printed behind the KVKK mask: a user without permission to read a record sees neither the name nor the contact details, and never finds the delete or export button for it.
The catalogue below groups capabilities in the order you use them. Every page says what the capability does, where it sits in the panel and, where one exists, the plan it opens from. We never describe a gated capability as if it had no gate.
Candidate acquisition
The step where the job post goes live and the application lands in the system.
Career Page
A career page that opens with your logo and brand color, job detail pages and an online application form. Open roles reach search engines with structured data.
Internship Management
Publish your internship postings and collect applications in a list of their own, separate from job applications. The form asks for year of study, grade average, internship length, type and insurance status.
Talent Pool Management
Eligible candidates in your pool get ranked against a new posting: one switch widens the list from applicants to the whole pool. Rescoring after a criteria change is free.
Posting Specific Application Form
Add questions that belong to one job posting: short text, long text, dropdown, multiple choice and date. Up to 20 fields can be defined per posting.
Embed Widget
Embed the application form into your own site with one div and one script tag. The code comes ready in HTML, PHP, JavaScript and React, and applications land in the panel.

AI CV Analysis
In hiring, a CV is only accepted as a PDF, passes through the integrity gate and is extracted into a fixed schema. Years of experience are never asked of the model, they are computed in code.
Position Fit Score
The requirements of a posting are broken into check items once per posting, and every candidate is measured against the same list. The model does not score, it looks for evidence; the arithmetic happens in code.
AI Recruitment Advisor
Search your talent pool in plain sentences: see what the query was turned into as chips and correct it. Every row arrives with a CV excerpt, and searching spends no credits.
Process management
The step where the traffic between you and the candidate runs: stage changes, interviews, messages.
Applicant Tracking System
Job and internship applications on one screen: status pipeline, filters, talent pool summary. A user always makes the status change, and every change is written to the audit log.
Interview Scheduling
