1. Parties
SELLER: Motivex Intelligence Bilişim Yazılım Robotik Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. Address: Muradiye Mah. Celal Bayar Üniversitesi Kampüsü Küme Evleri Teknokent No: 22 Ofis No: Z-27, 45140 Yunusemre / Manisa. Mesir Vergi Dairesi, tax number: 6232288048. Phone: 0551 406 11 90. E-mail: [email protected]. Website: goteamx.app.
CONSUMER: the natural person who buys the CV Analysis service at goteamx.app for purposes that are not commercial or professional. The information that identifies the consumer is the e-mail address verified during the order, and that address is an integral part of the agreement. If the consumer wants the invoice in their own name or in the name of their company, the name, title, tax and address details they state also become part of the agreement; where they state none, the invoice is issued in the name of "Nihai Tüketici" (final consumer) as the legislation permits.
The party called "the consumer" in this text is that person. Sales in which the buyer acts for commercial or professional purposes are subject not to this agreement but to the Business Subscription Agreement.
2. Subject Matter of the Agreement
The subject matter of the agreement is the provision of the CV Analysis service ordered by the consumer electronically, in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The consumer accepts that, before approving the order, they read the Pre-Contract Information Form and were informed of the matters set out there.
3. Characteristics and Price of the Service
The service is the AI assisted assessment of the CV uploaded by the consumer and the delivery of a digital analysis report as its result. The report contains the overall score, the sub-scores per dimension, the strengths, the improvement suggestions and interview questions.
The service is a one-off purchase, it is not a subscription and it does not renew automatically; no second charge is made to the card.
The price of a single report is TRY 49.99 and the price of the three analysis pack is TRY 124.99. These amounts are the total price including VAT; no additional cost arises under the heading of shipping, delivery or service.
The report is for information only. It does not constitute a hiring decision, it is not shared automatically with any employer and it gives no guarantee of finding a job.
The assessment is AI assisted. The score is produced against a fixed, evidence based rubric, and the final decision always belongs to a person. If you believe that an exclusively automated analysis has produced a result to your detriment, you may object under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK, the Turkish Data Protection Law).
4. Payment
The price is collected in a single charge by credit card or debit card.
The payment infrastructure is provided by PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., authorised by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye under Law No. 6493. PCI-DSS compliance for card data security rests with the payment institution.
Your card details are never recorded, processed or displayed on goteamx.app servers at any stage. The payment page is provided by PayTR.
5. Performance and Delivery
This sale is made over the internet and there is no physical shipment. The service is performed instantly in electronic form the moment the payment is approved; no separate delivery period is foreseen.
The report is displayed in the session opened with the consumer's verified e-mail address and is also sent to the same address as a PDF attachment.
The credits bought in the three analysis pack are provisioned to the account and used whenever the consumer wishes; there is no time limit for using unused credits.
6. Invoice
An e-Arşiv invoice is issued for every sale of ours regardless of the amount and is sent to you by e-mail. Invoices are issued through ePlatform Bulut Bilişim A.Ş. (Turkcell e-Şirket), which holds a special integration licence from the Turkish Revenue Administration, and each invoice carries the statement "Bu satış internet üzerinden yapılmıştır." (this sale was made over the internet).
7. Right of Withdrawal
The CV Analysis report is created instantly as soon as your payment is approved. Under Articles 15/1-g and 15/1-h of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services that are performed instantly in electronic form and whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval. This is also stated separately in the CV Analysis Pre-Contract Information Form that you approve before payment, and your approval is placed on record.
The absence of a right of withdrawal does not mean that the amount paid stays with the seller in every case. As a commercial gesture a refund is made in two situations:
- Within 14 days of the purchase date, an unconditional refund for an unused analysis credit. No reason has to be given.
- If the report was never produced because of a technical error, the full amount paid is refunded.
8. Refund Conditions and Timing
A refund is always made to the card the payment was made with; no refund can be made to another card or to a bank account.
How a refund is requested, how the price of used credits is deducted in the three analysis pack and how long the amount takes to appear on the card are set out on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page.
9. Protection of Personal Data
The purpose for which the CV and the order details are processed is set out on the Privacy Notice page.
CV files are hosted by our cloud file storage provider established outside Türkiye and are sent to our AI provider established outside Türkiye for analysis. These two providers are the places where the data is processed outside Türkiye. The transfer falls within Article 9 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK, the Turkish Data Protection Law) and is necessary for the service to be provided; for the analysis service your explicit consent is obtained in addition. You can learn the identity of the providers through the channel described on the Data Subject Request page. If you do not give consent, no analysis can be carried out; on its own this leads to no other consequence.
Your data is kept for the duration of the relationship between us and throughout the limitation periods set out in the legislation. Payment and invoice records are kept for 10 years under Article 82 of the Turkish Commercial Code (at least 5 years under Article 253 of the Tax Procedure Law); even if you delete your account, these records are held for that period and are then anonymised by severing the links to you.
You may send your requests under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK, the Turkish Data Protection Law) to [email protected]. Your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest. How the request is made and which information it must carry is set out on the Data Subject Request page.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaint or request concerning the agreement can be sent to [email protected] or to 0551 406 11 90. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest and the outcome is notified in writing to the address the application was made from.
For disputes within the monetary thresholds you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees, and for disputes above that threshold you may apply to the consumer court, provided that under Article 73/A of Law No. 6502 you apply to a mediator before bringing a court action.
11. Entry into Force and Storage of the Agreement
By approving the order the consumer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
The date and time of the approval, the version of the text approved and the IP address from which the approval was received are placed on record by the seller. A copy of the approval record is sent to the consumer on written request to [email protected].
Region-specific terms
These terms apply according to where you are. All of them are written out below; each heading says which country it covers.

If you buy from Türkiye, the seller is the company identified in the common body. Payment runs through PayTR; the charge appears on your statement in our name and we issue the invoice.
The contract is formed under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. The scope of your right of withdrawal and its exceptions are set out in the common body.
In a dispute you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or the consumer courts, depending on the monetary thresholds.

The description of the service, how the price is set and where it is shown, the payment arrangement, the withdrawal conditions and the complaint channel are set out in the common body. By confirming the order you accept those terms.
The steps an order goes through and how to correct a mistake are on the Transaction Guide page.

Paddle is the seller, right of withdrawal
If you buy from the EU or the United Kingdom, the seller is our authorised reseller (Merchant of Record) Paddle. The invoice, currency and VAT are issued by Paddle for your country.
The report is digital content delivered the moment the payment is approved. By confirming the order you expressly consent to immediate delivery, and the 14 day withdrawal right ends once delivery has begun (Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive and its UK equivalent). That is the rule the legislation itself sets for digital content and it does not limit any right that cannot be waived.
The refund for an unused analysis credit within 14 days and the full refund in case of a technical error are set out in the common body. You can send your request to us or directly to Paddle support (paddle.net).
Other countries annex
