The phone number and e-mail address above can be used for your complaints and requests; your application is concluded as explained in section 10.

2. Essential Characteristics of the Service

The service is the AI assisted assessment of the CV you upload and the delivery of a digital analysis report to you as its result. The report contains the overall score, the sub-scores per dimension, the strengths, the improvement suggestions and interview questions.

The service is a one-off purchase and it is not a subscription; there is no automatic renewal and no further charge is made to your card.

The report is for information only. It does not constitute a hiring decision, it is not shared automatically with any employer and it gives no guarantee of finding a job.

The assessment is AI assisted. The score is produced against a fixed, evidence based rubric, and the final decision always belongs to a person. If you believe that an exclusively automated analysis has produced a result to your detriment, you may object under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK, the Turkish Data Protection Law).

3. What You Need in Order to Use the Service

The service is digital and is used through a browser. In order to use it you need the following:

  • Your CV in PDF format. A Word file cannot be uploaded; you need to export it as a PDF.
  • The file not exceeding 5 MB in size and 15 pages.
  • An e-mail address you can access: access to the report depends on the session opened with the verification code sent to your address or with your Google account.
  • An up to date web browser and an application that can display a PDF.

4. Total Price and Additional Costs

The price of a single report is TRY 49.99 and the price of the three analysis pack is TRY 124.99. The published amounts are the total price including VAT.

No further cost is added under the heading of shipping, delivery, service or transaction. The amount you see on the order screen is the amount charged to your card.

No extra charge is made for the distance communication tool used to place the order; no cost arises beyond the cost of your own internet connection.

You are not asked for a deposit, a security or a blocked amount.

5. Payment

The payment is collected in a single charge by credit card or debit card.

The payment infrastructure is provided by PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş., authorised by the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye under Law No. 6493. PCI-DSS compliance for card data security rests with the payment institution.

Your card details are never recorded, processed or displayed on goteamx.app servers at any stage. The payment page is provided by PayTR.

6. Performance, Delivery and Timing

This sale is made over the internet; there is no physical shipment, so there is no shipping or delivery period.

As soon as the payment is approved, the report opens in your account instantly and the full report is sent to your e-mail address as a PDF attachment. The date on which the payment is approved is also the date on which the service is performed.

The credits you buy in the three analysis pack are provisioned to your account and used whenever you wish; there is no time limit for the credits you do not use.

If the analysis cannot be completed because of a problem on our side, no half finished report is sent; you are informed by e-mail and your credit stays in your account.

7. Invoice

An e-Arşiv invoice is issued for every sale of ours regardless of the amount and is sent to you by e-mail. Invoices are issued through ePlatform Bulut Bilişim A.Ş. (Turkcell e-Şirket), which holds a special integration licence from the Turkish Revenue Administration, and each invoice carries the statement "Bu satış internet üzerinden yapılmıştır." (this sale was made over the internet).

8. Right of Withdrawal

The CV Analysis report is created instantly as soon as your payment is approved. Under Articles 15/1-g and 15/1-h of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services that are performed instantly in electronic form and whose performance has begun with the consumer's approval. This is also stated separately in the CV Analysis Pre-Contract Information Form that you approve before payment, and your approval is placed on record.

Because there is no right of withdrawal, no withdrawal notification form and no withdrawal period are foreseen. The order cannot be completed without reading and approving this information.

9. Refund Conditions

The absence of a right of withdrawal does not mean that the amount you paid stays with the seller in every case. As a commercial gesture a refund is made in two situations:

  • Within 14 days of the purchase date, an unconditional refund for an unused analysis credit. You do not have to give a reason.
  • If the report was never produced because of a technical error, the full amount you paid is refunded.

10. Complaints and Objections

For your complaints, objections and refund requests you can write to [email protected] or call 0551 406 11 90. Your application is concluded within 30 days at the latest and the outcome is notified in writing to the address you applied from.

For disputes within the monetary thresholds you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees, and for disputes above that threshold you may apply to the consumer court, provided that under Article 73/A of Law No. 6502 you apply to a mediator before bringing a court action.

11. Your Personal Data

The purpose for which your CV and your order details are processed is set out on the Privacy Notice page.

CV files are hosted by our cloud file storage provider established outside Türkiye and are sent to our AI provider established outside Türkiye for analysis. These two providers are the places where the data is processed outside Türkiye. The transfer falls within Article 9 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK, the Turkish Data Protection Law) and is necessary for the service to be provided; for the analysis service your explicit consent is obtained in addition. You can learn the identity of the providers through the channel described on the Data Subject Request page. If you do not give consent, no analysis can be carried out; on its own this leads to no other consequence.

You may send your requests under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK, the Turkish Data Protection Law) to [email protected]. Your request is concluded within 30 days at the latest. How the request is made and which information it must carry is set out on the Data Subject Request page.

12. Approval and Storage of the Form

Before completing the order you are asked to confirm that you have read this form and the Distance Sales Agreement. Without that approval you cannot move to the payment step.

The date and time of the approval, the version of the text you approved and the IP address from which the approval was received are placed on record. You can ask for a copy of the record by writing to [email protected].

Region-specific terms

These terms apply according to where you are. All of them are written out below; each heading says which country it covers.

In a dispute you may apply to the consumer arbitration committees or the consumer courts, depending on the monetary thresholds.

Azerbaijan annex: seller and electronic commerce
