Your score and the five dimensions
Technical, experience, education, language and potential. Next to every score sits the reasoning that produced it.
How it works
The file you upload is not read as one block, it is split into six fields. Here are the five steps a CV goes through from the front door to a score, each one in its own scene.
Gate
Structure, size and the page limit are checked, then the file is classified to confirm it really is a CV. A document that is not a CV (an invoice, a thesis) stops at the gate and your credit is not spent.
Fields
Experience, education, skills, languages, projects and achievements. The engine first finds where these six fields sit in your CV; it reads content, not a fancy template.
Parsing
Every line moves to the field it belongs to; if experience and projects got mixed up, that is corrected and the confidence of the extraction is measured. From here on the engine works with your sentences, not with how the file looks.
Rubric
The score is not an impression: it is how much of a fixed 49 item rubric your CV meets. Every item you earn is tied to a concrete sentence in your CV, and 89% of it is computed deterministically in code.
Report
Five dimensions come together in a single formula and the same file always gets the same score. You see your score for free; the full report carries the reasoning behind the score, the evidence list, an improvement plan and likely interview questions.
What is in the report
The engine that evaluates applications on the hiring side is working for a single candidate this time: you. The report never hides where your score comes from. The three cards below are examples from inside it.
Technical, experience, education, language and potential. Next to every score sits the reasoning that produced it.
Not a canned list of advice: steps built from the gaps the engine sees in your own CV.
Which of your skills is backed by a project, and which one only sits in a list? See the difference the hiring engine sees.
Your own field
The engine's 49 item rubric is fixed; the only thing that changes is the language reading it. The engine first works out which field your CV comes from, then looks for the items in the language of that field. Below are single CV lines from four fields: the same engine, looking for that field's criterion in every line.

What this field looks for: A service running in production · Tests and code review

What the engine sees in that line
Counts as evidenceTechnical skills item: listing tool names is not enough, the sentence that says the tool ran in production is what scores.
We do not promise equal scores: the technical dimension rests on lists of tools and systems, so it stays different across fields. Our promise is one thing only: every CV is read with the criteria of its own field.
The example lines are illustrative. In your own report the evidence quoted comes from your own CV sentences.
Raise your score
The improvement plan in the report is not generic advice: it is built from the concrete gaps the engine sees in your CV. Apply the steps, upload your CV again, and see where your score lands. The chart below shows what such a climb looks like.

Strong CVThe engine is deterministic: the same file always gets the same score. Your score rises only when your CV genuinely improves.
Sample progress scenario, the scores are illustrative; your own climb depends on the suggestions in your report.
Moments of use
Once the analysis is done, your report shows up in three separate moments.
You read your score and three findings in a few minutes, then go into the application knowing which dimension holds you back.
The improvement plan tells you which sentence to change and why, so you are not guessing in front of a blank page.
The questions you may be asked and the list of your proven skills settle in advance which experience answers which question.
